Heineken was the official sponsor of one of the biggest music and cultural festivals in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and Lisboa, Portugal: Rock in Rio. With the concept GREEN YOUR CITY, the brand had several initiatives before and during the festival to promote sustainability, and it was a pleasure to be part of the Creative Direction team as the Copywriter for the project.

Throughout the festival, Heineken had activation spaces that were completely green, offering interactive sound experiences and, of course, the chance to enjoy a cold beer. Alongside online and OOH communication, the brand had more than 531k clicks on promotional actions and generated over 66k leads. We also created sustainable kits with special gifts to help spread the brand’s purpose organically throughout the festival.

On top of that, we launched a promotion offering a giveaway of 100 pairs of Rock in Rio tickets to loyal Heineken customers. This was one of the Key Visuals we created! So everyone had a great time at the festival, enjoying the music and keeping #GreenYourCity in mind.
